Peggy’s Salad with Cod and Sausage

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cod Fillet
● 1 Chicken Sausage
● 2 Cups of Romaine Lettuce
● 1 Tablespoon of Capers
● 3 Tablespoons of Mustard
● 1 Teaspoon of Red Onions
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of water
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic

Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Spatula
Directions:
1. Place the cod and sausage slices in a pan over a medium flame. Add 3 tablespoons of mustard, 1 tablespoon of capers, 1 teaspoon of chopped red onions, 1 tablespoon of garlic and 2 tablespoons of water.
2. Stir it all together and cook the cod for 3 minutes on each side.
3. Serve on a plate by placing the cod and sausage mix over a bed of Romaine lettuce. Sprinkle the sauce from the pan over the salad and you’re good to go!
