Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Tuna Steak
● 1 Cup of Spinach
● ½ Cup of Grapes
● 1 Cup of Tomatoes
● ½ Cup of Bell Peppers
● 1 Tablespoon of Butter
● 2 Tablespoons of Marinade
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Hard boiled Egg
● 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Mixed Nuts

Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Place the tuna in a pan over a medium flame. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of marinade, and 1 teaspoon of ginger and 1 tablespoon of garlic.
Cook for 4 minutes on each side.
Prepare the salad. Place ½ cup of grapes over a bed of chopped spinach, add ½ cup of bell pepper slices, 1 hard-boiled sliced egg, 1 tablespoon of mixed nuts and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of olive oil at the end.
When done, add the tuna from the pan and serve.
