Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Tuna Steak
● 1 Cup of Chinese Broccoli
● 1 Pre cooked Potato
● 1 Cup of Mushrooms
● 2 Tablespoons of Marinade
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that Chinese broccoli is a great source of vitamin A?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Place the tuna in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of marinade, 1 tablespoon of garlic and 1 teaspoon of ginger.
Add 1 cup of mushrooms slices in the pan, 1 pre-cooked potato and 1 cup of Chinese broccoli and mix well.
Cook the tuna steak for 4 minutes on each side.
Serve on a plate. Place the pre-cooked potato in the center with the tuna on top and add the mushroom and Chinese broccoli around the tuna.
