Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Spinach
● 4 Goat Cheese slices
● 1 Tablespoon of Agave
● ½ Cup of Grapes
● ½ Cup of Radishes
● 1 Hard boiled Egg
● 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
● 1 Teaspoon of Rosemary
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that goat cheese contains less fat than cheese made from cow milk?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Take a bed of chopped spinach and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of agave over it.
Add 4 goat cheese slices on top, also add ½ cup of grapes, ½ cup of radishes and 1 sliced hard-boiled egg. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of rosemary over the goat cheese, add dots of agave on top, and enjoy your meal!
