Peggy’s Roti with Tuna & Cauliflower

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Diced Tuna Steak
● 1 Roti
● 1 Cup of Cauliflower
● 1 Cup of pre cooked Plantain
● 1 Cup of Mixed Vegetables
● ½ Cup of Veggie Broth
● 2 Tablespoons of Garlic
● 2 Tablespoons of Peggy’s Signature Masala
● 1 Tablespoon of Cumin
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that cauliflower is a good source of vitamin K?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Place the tuna in a pan over a medium flame with ½ cup of veggie broth. Add 2 tablespoons of garlic, 2 tablespoons of Peggy’s Signature Masala, 1 cup of cauliflower, 1 cup of mixed vegetables and 1 cup of pre cooked plantain slices. Also add 1 tablespoon of cumin.
Cook the tuna, chopped in cubes, for 3-4 minutes.
Warm up the roti in a separate pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
Place the roti in a cocktail glass for the best presentation. Add in the pan contents in the glass and top it off with some lovely Tuna, and enjoy your meal!
