Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Steak
● 1 Cup of Bak Choy
● 1 Cup of Tapioca Chips
● 1 Tablespoon of Butter
● 2 Tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic

● 1 Pan
● Grater
● Spoon
Directions:
1. Add the steak in a pan over a medium flame. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of ginger.
2. While the beef cooks, add in 2 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce, 1 cup of bak choy. Only cook the bak choy for 2-3 minutes and then remove from the pan.
3. Let the beef keep cooking until medium-rare or as desired.
4. Serve on a plate. Top it all off with 1 cup of tapioca chips and you’re good to go!
