Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cod Fillet
● 1 Head of Broccoli
● 2 Teaspoons of Wasabi
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut OIl
● 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 2 Cups of Water
● 2 Teaspoons of Scallions
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that broccoli is full of vitamin C and is good for your skin? Also, wasabi is an excellent anti-inflammatory.
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Grater
● Kitchen Scissors
Directions:
1. Plae the cod in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of ginger, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of wasabi and 1 cup of water.
2. Stir it all together and cook the cod for 3 minutes on each side. Add 1 more cup of water for more sauce.
3. Serve on a plate. Top it all off with 2 teaspoons of chopped scallions.
