Ingredients, all organic:
● 4 Large Shrimps
● 1 Cup of Spinach
● 2 Cups of Romaine Lettuce
● 1 Tablespoon of Galangal
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Water
● 1 Tablespoon of Moringa
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that Galangal could help relieve nausea and that Moringa is packed with vitamins and antioxidants?
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Spoon
● Grater
Directions:
1. Place the shrimps and spinach in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of Galangal. Add 2 tablespoons of water and mix it all together.
2. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
3. When done, serve on a bed of Romaine lettuce. Top it all off with 1 tablespoon of Moringa.
