Ingredients, all organic:
● 2 Tuna Steaks
● 2 Slices of Fernandes Multicorn Bread
● 1 Cup of Sugar Snaps
● 4 Tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce
● 2 Teaspoons of Steak Seasoning
● 1 Teaspoon of scallions
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Teaspoon of Wasabi
● 1 Cup of Water

● 1 Pan
● Spoon

Directions:
1. Place the tuna steaks in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 cup of sugar snaps, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of ginger, 4 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and 1 teaspoon of wasabi. Also add 1 teaspoon of steak seasoning on each side of the tuna steaks and stir.
2. Add 1 cup of water and cook the tuna for 3 minutes on each side.
3. Serve on a plate. Slice the tuna steaks into medallions and serve them on top of the sugar snaps.
