Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Avocado Chopped
● 1 Cup of Bell Peppers
● 1 Cup of Sweet Potato
● 1 Cup of Plantain Slices
● 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 2 Teaspoons of Basil
● ½ Lemon
● 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Powder
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that avocados contain more potassium than even bananas, and that bell peppers are a great source of vitamin E?

Directions:
1. Place the avocado and bell peppers in a pan over a medium flame with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette, 1 tablespoon of ginger, 1 tablespoon of garlic and 2 teaspoons of basil. Also squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
2. Cook and when done, serve on a plate.
3. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of moringa powder on top and you’re good to go!
