Peggy’s Tenderloin with Endives

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Tenderloin
● 1 Endive
● ½ Cup of Broccoli
● 1 Boiled Egg
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 2 Teaspoons of Steak Seasoning
● 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
● 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Capers
● 1 Teaspoon of Rosemary
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic

Directions:
1. Place the tenderloin in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and add 1 teaspoon of steak seasoning on each side of the steak. Now add 1 tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of capers, 1 teaspoon of rosemary and 1 tablespoon of garlic and mix well.
2. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes.
3. Serve on a plate. Place about ½ cup of broccoli around the center of the plate, place the endive slices in the middle and add the steak on top!
