Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Tenderloin
● 1 Cup of String Beans
● 1 Cup of Romaine Lettuce
● 1 Tablespoon of Tapenade
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Teaspoon of Steak Seasoning
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 2 Teaspoons of Rosemary
● 1 Tablespoon of Grated Parmesan Cheese
● 1 Tablespoon of Truffle Cream

Directions:
1. Place the tenderloin in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of steak seasoning, 1 tablespoon of garlic and 2 teaspoons of rosemary.
2. Leave the steak to cook for about 3-5 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the salad. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese over a bed of Romaine lettuce and follow up with 1 tablespoon of tapenade made from crushed black olives.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of truffle cream inside the pan with steak and cook together for about 1 minute.
5. When done, serve on a plate.
