I serve some arugula with avocado with a balsamic glaze on top. Add some veggie broth so it that it cooks smoother

I will make a few dishes. We start with verve clique and then we go to the rooftop and after I start with a wild salmon poached with sweet and sour cilantro, we will continue with a salad arugula with beets, parmesan and the last dish is a tenderloin with mushroom sauce
