Once the pasta is ready, drain it and leave it to rest. In the meantime place a pan on the stove with olive oil and lots of chopped garlic. Once the pan gets hot, place the pasta in the pan and cook it for 1 minute. Add slat and pepper. My salt is truffle salt which makes it so yummy. Place it in pasta plates.

I tried it but the salad is too sour, so I will add some agave to balance the flavors. Agave is low glycemic however to not use it too much because it's still sweet

Add the masala, this is one of a great quality you can use for duck. Add cumin seeds, lots of garlic, and a madame Jeanette. Too much turmeric is not good for you so keep it all in moderation
