First we add some baby arugula, add some sweet and sour red beets, olive oil, 1 table spoon for 1 plate, Some feta, nice and low in cholesterol, I love some blue cheese on it as well, I call this a 3 cheese salad. I add the double smoked salad on the salad, which I heated for 30 sec in the micro wave. Some balsamic glaze, and some shaved parmesan. There we go!

So the salmon is ready the basil is on top, I have learned from my travels in Asia that you eat the basil leaves just like that with your meal, hubby does not do that, like a child who will not eat his veggies,next time I will cook the shortly with the meal.
