While I take you on my life's journey, there will be moments that are, jaw-dropping, educational, and even some, that will bring back emotions you had forgotten. Mostly it will be entertaining
The people that appear in my videos are my friends, family, and loved ones, who generously gave me permission to share these moments with you.
The videos are uncut and raw, not scripted...and yes, there are bloopers, because, I feel like sometimes my life is one big blooper.
I am not perfect, but then again who is?

The farmers market is here! They are not here every week, when its bad weather they don't come, but that makes sense.

My favorite fish shop in NYC
I love my fish fresh out of the ocean or out of a river, no farmed raised. Simply because they feed the fish garbage and that comes in your body when you eat farm raised fish. Try to avoid it. It looks like a candy store but its soap
On my way to Balthazar in soho my favorite restaurant I bump into this lovely soap shop, it looks like candy. She doesn't want to be on the internet but her shop is a must see, so please go and visit her......and....don't listen to her...if you don't want to....

Pret a Manger
This is a chain of venues with amazing food. I have ordered a Moroccan lentil soup, along with a salmon salad and a lobster roll, look how fresh this is and how yummy. They have lots of organic ingredients, I simply love them
