&.30 am late for me...I am not so well, I got my flu shot...I do this now for 9 years and the flu shot is a miracle. This shot covers 5 viruses which is great, I do have some sight effects I feel cold and shivers. The shot I got is little of the viruses, I am making antibodies now, so I give myself some time to tackle this. I am going to the movies later....not going to do my exercises, no massage just gonna give my body some rest.
