Peggy’s Spinach Tagliatelle in Puttanesca

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Spinach Tagliatelle
● 1 Cup of Zucchini
● 1 Cup of Tomato Juice
● 2 Tablespoons of Olives
● 1 Tablespoons of Chopped Garlic
● 2 Tablespoons of Capers
● 2 Tablespoons of Sishado Marinade
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Teaspoon of Basil
● 2 Teaspoons of Oregano

Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in a pot of water for 7-8 minutes.
2. Meanwhile place a pan on a medium flame and add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 cup of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of olives, 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons of capers, 2 tablespoons of Sishado marinade, 1 cup of zucchini slices and 1 teaspoon of basil.
3. Add in 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette and 2 teaspoons of oregano and stir it all together.
4. Serve on a plate. Top the pasta with some olives and you’re good to go!
