Peggy’s Tuna Steak with Artichoke and Truffle Paste

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Artichokes
● 1 Tuna Steak
● 1 Teaspoon of Truffle Paste
● 2 Tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce
● 2 Small Potatoes
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Teaspoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that artichokes contain the most antioxidants of all vegetables?
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Spatula
● Grater
Directions:
1. Place the tuna in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and 1 teaspoon of garlic.
2. Cook the tuna steak for 3 minutes on each side.
3. Meanwhile, slice the artichokes and place on a plate with 2 small potatoes.
4. Just before the tuna is finished, grate in 1 tablespoon of ginger.
5. Once done, leave the tuna to rest for about 1 minute for the best texture.
6. Serve by placing the tuna over the artichokes and potatoes on the plate. Smear 1 teaspoon of truffle paste on top and place 1 Basil leaf on top, and you’re good to go!
