Peggy’s Pork Chop – Broccoli Mix with Truffle Cream

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Pork Chop
● 1 Cup of Broccoli
● 1 Cup of Spinach
● 1 Cup of Mushrooms
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Red Onion
● 1 Tablespoon of Cilantro
● 1 Tablespoon of Truffle Cream
● 4 Tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that broccoli contains plenty of vitamin C and that it could also be beneficial for your skin?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Place the pork chops in a pan over a high flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 4 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and 1 tablespoon of garlic. Cook for 4 minutes on both sides, however pork is a white meat and has to be well done. To speed up the process I like to take the pork out of the pan, slice it into smaller pieces so that it cooks faster.
2. Add about 1 cup of spinach, 1 cup of mushrooms, 1 cup of broccoli, 1 teaspoon of cilantro and 1 tablespoon of chopped red onions. Stir it all together.
3. Just before finishing, add 1 tablespoon of truffle cream to the pan and mix well.
4. When done, serve on a plate and enjoy your meal!
