Peggy’s Pork Sweet Potato Salad

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Pork Chop
● 1 Cup of Romaine Lettuce
● 1 Pre cooked Sweet Potato
● 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 5 Tablespoons of Char Siu Sauce
● 2 Tablespoons of Five Spices Powder
● 2 Tablespoons of Grated Parmesan Cheese
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Hard boiled Egg
● 1 Tomato
● ½ Cup of Sliced Bell Pepper
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that sweet potato could help relieve stress and it also contains plenty of vitamin B6?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Place the pork in a pan over a high flame and add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Now add 5 tablespoons of char siu sauce and 1 tablespoon of garlic, and cook until the meat is well done. To speed up the process I like to take the pork out of the pan, slice it into smaller pieces so that it cooks faster.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of five spices powder on each side of the pork chop.
3. While the meat cooks, prepare the salad. Take a bed of Romaine lettuce and sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of chia seeds on top. Add the tomato slices around the lettuce, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and slice a hard-boiled egg over it to finish.
4. Once the pork is done, serve on the Romaine. Place the sweet potato slices on top of and on the sides of the pork, and last but not least dress the salad with the sauce from the pan.
