Ingredients, all organic:
● 4 Shrimps
● 1 Golden Corvina Fillet
● 2 Okra
● 1 Guava
● 1 Hard boiled Egg
● 1 Cup of Lettuce Mix
● 1 Pre cooked Potato
● 1 Tablespoon of Grated Parmesan Cheese
● 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Marinade
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Red Onion
● 1 Tablespoon of Almond Flakes
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that shrimp could have anti-aging properties?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Place the shrimp and fish in a pan over a medium flame. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of marinade, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped red onions and slice in the okra.
Meanwhile, dress up the salad with slices of a hard boiled egg, guava and tomato and top it off with 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon of almond flakes.
Add the contents of the pan and enjoy your meal!
