Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Romaine Lettuce
● 1 Hard boiled Egg
● 1 Cup of Grapes
● 1 Cup of Blue Cheese Dressing
● 1 Cup of Mixed Nuts
● 2 Tomatoes
● ½ Cup of Carrots
● 1 Tablespoon of Agave
● 2 Teaspoons of Moringa
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that carrots contain plenty of vitamin A?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Prepare the salad. Place 1 cup of grapes around a bed of Romaine lettuce, add the tomatoes and nuts, also ½ cup of carrot slices.
Top the salad with about 2 teaspoons of moringa powder.
Add dots of blue cheese dressing over the tomato and hard-boiled egg slices continue adding some over the middle of the salad and enjoy your meal!
