Peggy’s Skirt Steak with Kale

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Potato
● 2 Skirt Steaks
● 4 Tablespoons of Sishado Marinade
● 2 Tablespoons of Butter
● 1 Cup of Kale
● 1 Tablespoon of Mayonnaise
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that Kale is extremely high in vitamin A, C and K?
Tools:
● 1 Pot
● 1 Pan
● Spatula
Directions:
1. Put the skirt steak in a pan over a medium flame. Add in 2 tablespoons of butter, 4 tablespoons of Sishado Marinade and cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side. (Medium rare)
2. Meanwhile, cook the unpeeled potato in a pot, for 6-7 min. Once soft, leave the skin on and mash in a bowl or plate.
3. Add 1 cup of kale and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to the mashed potato.
4. Serve on a plate.
