Peggy’s Ground Beef with Kale and Mexicorn

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Corn-Bell Pepper Mix
● 1 Cup of Kale
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 1 Slice of Fernandes Multigrain Bread
● 1 Tablespoon of Butter
● 1 Cup of Ground Beef
● 3 Tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that Kale is extremely high in vitamin A, K and C?
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Grater
Directions:
1. Place the ground beef in a pan over a medium flame. Add in 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 cup of kale, 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic and 1 tablespoon of ginger.
2. Stir it all together. Make sure the beef crumbles into the sauce add 1 cup of corn-bell pepper mix.
3. Cook for 6-7 minutes.
4. Serve on a plate with 2 slices of Fernandes multigrain bread.
