Peggy’s Salmon with Potato & Sugar Snaps

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Salmon Fillet
● 2 Potatoes
● 1 Cup of Sugar Snaps
● 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
● 1 Teaspoon of Wasabi
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that sugar snaps are a good source of vitamin C and B-complex vitamins?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Microwave
● Grater
Directions:
Place the potatoes in the microwave for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the salmon in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 1 teaspoon of wasabi, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 cup of sugar snaps.
Cook for about 4 minutes.
When the potatoes are done, take them out of the microwave, slice them in half and add about 2 tablespoons of sour cream on top.
Serve on a plate.
