Peggy’s Salmon Potato Curry with Chinese Broccoli

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Salmon Fillet
● 1 Pre cooked Potato
● 1 Hard boiled Egg
● 1 Cup of Chinese Broccoli
● ½ Cup of Veggie Broth
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 2 Tablespoons of Peggy’s Signature Masala
● 1 Tablespoon of Cumin
● 1 Teaspoon of Cilantro
● 1 Teaspoon of Lemon Zest
● 1 Tablespoon of Sour Cream
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that potatoes could help relieve signs of rheumatism?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Grater
Directions:
Place the salmon in a pan with about ½ cup of veggie broth over a medium flame. Add 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette, 2 tablespoons of Peggy’s Signature Masala, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 1 teaspoon of cilantro and 1 teaspoon of lemon zest.
Also add in 1 pre-cooked sliced potato, 1 sliced egg and 1 cup of Chinese broccoli and mix well.
Cook the salmon for 3 minutes on each side. When done, serve on a plate. For you presentation: start with the potato and veggies and top it off with the salmon.
