Peggy’s Curry Tuna Salad

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Tuna Steak
● 1 Cup of Romaine Lettuce
● 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
● ½ Cup of Pear Slices
● 1 Tablespoon of Cilantro
● 2 Teaspoons of Cumin
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Red Onion
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Tablespoon of Sour Cream
● 1 Tablespoon of Peggy’s Signature Masala
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that chia seeds are full of antioxidants, help regulate blood pressure and are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids?

Directions:
1. Place the tuna steak in a pan over a medium flame. Add 1 tablespoon of Peggy’s Signature Masala, 2 teaspoons of cumin, 1 tablespoon of cilantro, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped red onion, 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette and 1 tablespoon of sour cream. Stir it all together.
2. Once finished, serve on a plate. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of chia seeds over a bed of Romaine lettuce. Dress up the lettuce with about ½ cup of pear slices before adding the tuna steak on top.
3. Finally, dress the salad with the pan sauce and top it all off with a dash of cilantro.
