Peggy’s Masala Tenderloin in a Tortilla

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Tenderloin
● 2 Tablespoons of Peggy’s Signature Masala
● 2 Tortillas
● 1 Cup of Veggie Broth
● 1 Cup of String Beans
● 2 Tomatoes
● 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
● 2 Tablespoons of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Cilantro
● 1 Potato
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that string beans contain plenty of vitamin C?

● 1 Pan
Directions:
1. Place the steak in a pan over a high flame with 1 cup of veggie broth and add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 cup of string beans, 2 tablespoons of garlic, 2 tablespoons of Peggy’s Signature Masala and 1 teaspoon of cilantro. Also add in 1 potato, sliced in half.
2. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
3. Serve on a plate. Place the tortillas in cocktail glasses for the best presentation, and add the contents of the pan inside.
