    All kinda veggies very healthy, these veggies lower your blood pressure. I say eat it anyway but go to a doctor if you're sick. The local spinach so nice creamy and buttery ones you cook it, my favorite veggie.

    In the interior the fruit grows high up in trees, you peel the skin and eat the inside. Because we did not have these processed candies in my youth we indulged eating all these wonderful fruits. They also make an oil of Maripa

    A nutty fruit you cook in salt water and eat it, its great for your digestion. Para nuts is what we call Brazilian nuts, passion fruit there are several sorts in Suriname, the Indian nut is the red one and this lady also has yucca bread filled with sweet coconut, yummy!

    They say if heals cancer, I do not believe in that, go to a doctor if and when ur sick. I do believe that a lot of spices and leaves are great supplements on top of your daily routine, great to boost your immune system, but please do not believe in mambojambo
