Put 6 cans of broth on the stove with: cubed chicken, peppercorn, 1 large table spoon of chopped garlic, salted beef, or beef stew, lots of celery leaves, 3 madame Jeanette, 4 bay leaves, leave this to simmer. Once the broth is hot, that's when you will add the peanut butter in the broth, slice the sweet plantain and cook it with the soup. I add 2 teaspoon of chopped madame Jeanette in the soup to spice it up. This is my grand mothers recipe, she loved to make tom-tom but I don't have the patience for it. Tom tom is soft boiled plantain mashed, mixed with butter and than make hand rolled balls with it. Place these on your soup plate first and then add the soup.
