Chicken is a white meat, everything you touch after you have touched the chicken has to be rinsed/washed with soap to remove all the germs. I poach this chicken in veggie broth along with 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, 1 table spoon of Masala, 2 teaspoon of cumin, Some salt, add a madame Jeanette and I love to chop some cilantro on top to make it taste more authentic
