My father always use to complain to my mom that the Dutch grown Surinamese veggies are not so good as the Surinamese grown veggies, you can taste the earth. I have a simple example, the cumin from Suriname has so much more flavor, also from the Middle East the flavor is so much stronger. I have to admit my father was right! Spot on dad!

Back from Suriname
In the plane we got a sandwich with chicken shoarma. I am preparing a tenderloin baked in Butter with some sautéed mushrooms and that's our meals after a day of traveling.
