  • Salmon in sweet chili sauce

I will serve out the salmon, sometimes they break, try to do it better then I do.

  • Arugula salad

Place the arugula on your plate, sprinkle some olive oil over the leaves, along with balsamic glaze and top off with some parmesan and you're good to go.

  • Bresaola Arugula salad

Balsamic vinegar of glaze, add agave if it's to sour, add the bresaola on top and Parmesan and your good to go

  • I became a yankee

Because I rather eat with my fork alone, this is not how I was raised but it's so lovely outside I am not sitting at the dining table....who cares

  • Chopped garlic with olive oil

Make sure you drown the garlic in olive oil

  • Creamy spinach with chicken

This is the presentation, I start with he spinach in the middle of the plate, add 2 slices of chicken with some truffle brie in the middle, place it for 30 sec in the micro and you will have an amazing dish.

  • Creamy spinach with chicken and truffle brie

    Look how yummy this looks

  • Cod with a creamy sauce

The sauce is blend, so I will add some gorgonzola, to spice it up

  • Cod in a creamy sauce

For the sauce you need chopped garlic, peas and sliced mushroom, salt and pepper and some sour cream or half a Boursin

  • Hubby eating cheese fondue

  • How to eat pasta

How do I eat my pasta, according to Italians you only eat pasta with a fork. You place it on the pasta and you keep turning the pasta until you have a decent bite and then bring it to your mouth. If you place the fork on the side of your plate it will give you some support.

  • Cucumber...really!!!

  • DJI

So I got a new gadget from hubby to film which is the DJI Cosmo....and guess what I am so new at this that it didn't film anything...shit...shit...Anyway I will remake this dish..I am out of ginger however, so bear with me...

  • Shrimp paste.

The bami is nice al dente, I miss the shrimp paste, but I am allergic so I do not use that but it would make this bami totally perfect

  • Lovely salad

The agave goes very well in this salad, I will make a filet for hubby because he is not coming with me for dinner, in the meantime I munch a little on some salad.

  • Endive salad

One more thing about the endive salad, the next day it is not as good anymore so make sure you eat it and never make too much, I always use 3 endives and 3 eggs.

  • Vinaigrette

2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, stir it, garlic is very healthy so I have it in almost every dish, If you do think you will smell, use a palate cleanser, after will will add chopped onion or scallions whatever you have

  • Tomato salad

This is a tomato salad with a vinaigrette and I have added cilantro and chopped red onions and I have added some more balsamic vinegar. And yes this is Finger licking good

  • Chopped Cilantro

I have all ingredients ready, here are the tomatoes which I will slice in 4 but first I start with the dressing which will contain, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic, and chopped onions, garlic is an great antioxidant but so are tomatoes and cilantro is a lovely anti inflammatory

  • Sliced tomatoes

Slice the tomatoes as small as possible because all the flavors will be absorbed and they will taste extra yummy

  • And this is Anthony's reaction

  • Fresh cilantro

Cilantro is so healthy, all these ingredients are organic, I take 10 sprigs because you don't want the salad to be overkilled.....the cilantro is organic you have to wash it extremely well...because its full of sand
