Peggy’s Roti with Shrimp and Broccoli in Curry

Ingredients, all organic:
● 4 Large Shrimps
● 1 Cup of Broccoli
● 2 Teaspoons of Cilantro
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Cumin
● 1 Cup of Fish Broth
● 1 Roti
● 1 Tablespoon of Sour Cream
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Tablespoon of Peggy’s Signature Masala (Fish)

Directions:
1. Heat the roti for 30 seconds on each side in a pan.
2. Take a separate pan and place over a medium flame. Add the shrimps with 1 cup of fish broth.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of Peggy’s Signature Masala, 1 tablespoons of garlic, 1 tablespoon of cumin and 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette. Cook for 4-5 minutes and add 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
4. Just before done, add 1 cup of broccoli to the shrimp pan and cook just a bit to keep the broccoli al dente.
5. Serve on a plate. Top it all off with 2 teaspoons of cilantro.
