Peggy’s Green Rice with Shrimps and Pesto

Ingredients, all organic:
● 4 Large Shrimps
● 1 Cup of Green Rice
● 1 Cup of Kale
● 1 Teaspoon of Pesto
● 2 Tablespoons of Sishado Marinade
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that Kale is full of potassium, vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin K?
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Spoon
Directions:
1. Mix 1 cup of Kale with 1 cup of green rice and 1 teaspoon of pesto.
2. Place the shrimps in a pan over a medium flame. Add in 2 tablespoons of Sishado marinade.
3. Leave to cook for 5-7 minutes.
4. Serve by placing the rice with kale in the middle of the plate and add the shrimps around it. Top it all off with the sauce from the pan and you’re good to go!
