Peggy’s Tenderloin with Mushrooms

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Rice
● 1 Tenderloin
● 1 Cup of Mushrooms
● 2 Teaspoons of Wasabi
● 2 Teaspoons of Soy Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 1 Tablespoon of Chopped Garlic
● 1 Cup of Water
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 2 Teaspoons of Chives
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that mushrooms are full of antioxidants?
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Spoon
● Kitchen Scissors
● Grater
Directions:
1. Chop the tenderloin in small cubes and place in a pan over a high flame.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of ginger and 2 teaspoons of wasabi.
3. Stir it all together and cook for 3-6 minutes. Take off when the texture of the meat is to your liking.
4. Serve on a plate with 1 cup of cooked rice and add the beef, top it all off with 2 teaspoons of chives and you’re good to go!
