Peggy’s Sliders with Broccoli in Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients, all organic:
● 4 Sliders
● 5 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
● 1 Cup of Broccoli
● 1 Red Bell Pepper
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Cup of Green Rice
● 2 Tablespoon of Red Onions
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that broccoli is a good source of vitamin C, and is also good for your skin?

Directions:
1. Place the sliders in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of chopped red onions, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 red bell pepper, chopped, and 1 cup of broccoli.
2. Mix it all together and cook the sliders for 3 minutes on each side. Add 5 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and leave to cook.
3. Once done, serve on a plate. Take 1 cup of green rice and place 2 sliders on top with the vegetables.
