Peggy’s Pasta Fagioli

Ingredients, all organic:
● 2 Tablespoons of White Beans
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Cup of Fusilli Tricolori
● 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Himalayan Rock Salt
● 1 Tablespoon of Basil
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that white beans are a good source of fiber and vitamin B?
Tools:
● 1 Pot
● 1 Pan
● Kitchen Scissors
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in a pot of water for 7-8 minutes.
2. Place 2 tablespoons of beans into a pan over a medium flame. Add 1 tablespoon of olive, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanete, and 1 teaspoon of Himalayan rock salt.
3. Once done, mix the pasta into the bean sauce and stir.
4. For more sauce, add the water from the pot with pasta.
5. Once done, serve on a plate. Chop 1 tablespoon of basil on top.
