Peggy’s Slider-Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients, all organic:
● 2 Sliders
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Hard boiled Egg
● 1 Tablespoon of Mixed Nuts
● ½ Cup of Grapes
Dressing:
● 2 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
● 2 Tablespoons of Blue Cheese
● 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that beef is an excellent source of protein?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Place the sliders in a pan over a high flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, make the salad dressing. Mix together 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of blue cheese, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic and 1 tablespoon of ginger.
Serve on a plate. Take a bed of Romaine lettuce and add ½ cup of grapes around it. Top with slices of a hard-boiled egg and add the sliders. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of mixed nuts over the salad and you’re good to go!
