Ingredients, all organic:
● 2 Sliders
● 2 Slices of Multigrain Bread
● 1 Cup of Mixed Vegetables
● 1 Cup of Eggplant Slices
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Marinade
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
● 1 Tablespoon of Grated Parmesan Cheese

Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Place the sliders in a pan over a medium flame with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Add 2 tablespoons of marinade and ½ cup of eggplant slices.
Add 1 cup of mixed vegetables, 1 tablespoon of garlic and 1 tablespoon of ginger in the pan and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese over the eggplant after it has cooked for 2 min on each side. Remove the eggplant after 4 minutes.
Cook the sliders for 4 minutes on each side
For the presentation: Take a slice of multigrain bread and place the eggplant on top, add the vegetables, add the slider and sprinkle some more grated Parmesan cheese on top.
