Peggy’s Sliders on Mashed Potatoes with Sugar Snaps

Ingredients, all organic:
● 2 Sliders
● 1 Cup of Carrots-In-Mashed-Potato
● 1 Cup of Sugar Snaps
● 1 Tablespoon of Grated Parmesan Cheese
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Marinade
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
● 1 Teaspoon of Moringa Powder
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that sugar snaps are a good source of vitamin C?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Place the sliders in a pan over a medium flame, and cook them for 4 min on each side. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 2 tablespoons of marinade and 1 cup of sugar snaps.
Take the sugar snaps out of the pan after about 3 minutes, to keep them crispy
For the presentation: Take 1 cup of mashed carrots-in-potato and place in center, add the sliders on top, dress the sugar snaps in a circle around your plate, sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of moringa powder on top and you’re good to go!
