Peggy’s Brown Rice with Bell Peppers stuffed with Skirt Steak

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Skirt Steak
● 1 Cup of Brown Rice
● 3 Bell Peppers
● 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Powder
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 2 Tomatoes
● 2 Tablespoons Marinade
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that moringa is extremely high in antioxidants?
Tools:
● Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Microwave
Directions:
1. Add the 3 bell peppers in the microwave for about 1 minutes.
2. Cook the steak on a high flame for about 4-5 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of Marinade anyone you prefefer,1 teaspoon of ginger and 1 tablespoon of garlic.
3. When done, serve on a plate. Place 1 cup of brown rice on the plate and top with 2 sliced tomatoes. Now take the bell peppers and fill with steak from the pan.
4. Top it all off with 2 teaspoons of moringa powder and you’re good to go!
