Peggy’s Mussels Pasta

Ingredients, all organic:
o 1 Cup of Pasta
o 1 Cup of Tomato Sauce
o 14-15 pre cooked Mussels
o 2 Tablespoons of Grated Parmesan
o 1 Tablespoon of Sour Cream
o 2 Teaspoons of Oregano
o 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
o 1 Tablespoon of Basil
o 1 Tablespoon of Sun-Dried Tomatoes
o 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette

Tools:
● Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in a pot for 7 min, until al dente.
2. Place the mussels in a separate pan over a medium flame. Add 1 cup of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 2 teaspoons of oregano, and 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped basil, 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
3. Add the pasta to the pan with mussels and cook together for about 1 more minute.
4. When done, serve on a plate.
