Peggy’s Pasta Ai Frutti Di Mare

Ingredients, all organic:
o 1 Cup of Pasta
o 3 Shrimps
o 8 Clams
o 15 Pre cooked Mussels
o ½ Cup of Surimi Sticks
o 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
o 2 Tablespoons of Grated Parmesan Cheese
o 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
o 1 Cup of Tomato Sauce
o 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
o 1 Tablespoon of Fresh Basil
o 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Dill
o 2 Tablespoons of Sun-Dried Tomatoes
o 4 Pearl Onions
o 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that tomatoes are full of antioxidants and vitamin C?
Tools:
● Spatula, pot, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Pan
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in a pot for 7 min, until al dente.
2. Place the shrimps, clams and mussels in a pan over a medium flame. Add 1 cup of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 2 tablespoons of white pearl onions, 2 tablespoons of sun-dried tomatoes, 1 tablespoons of fresh basil, ½ cup of surimi sticks. Stir well.
3. Also add 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette, 1 teaspoon of oregano and 2 tablespoons of fresh dill.
4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes.
5. When done, serve on a plate. Add the pasta first, then add the shellfish on top to make it an enticing presentation.
