Peggy’s Tenderloin Chili

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Diced Tenderloin
● 2 Teaspoons of Lemon Zest
● 2 Bay Leaves
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● ½ Teaspoon of Five Spices Powder
● 2 Tablespoons of Red Onion
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 3 Tablespoons of Curry Ketchup
● 1 Cup of Brown Beans
● 1 Cup of Bell Pepper
● 1 Cinnamon Stick
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that beans are a great source of B-complex vitamins?
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Grater, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Place the tenderloin, chopped in cubes, in a pan over a medium-low flame. Add 1 cup of brown beans, 2 tablespoons of chopped red onions, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 cup of bell peppers, ½ teaspoon of five spices powder, 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 2 bay leaves, 3 tablespoons of curry ketchup and 2 teaspoons of lemon zest.
Cook for about 6 minutes.
When done, serve in a bowl.
