Peggy’s Tenderloin with Chinese Cabbage & Chinese Broccoli

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Diced Tenderloin
● 1 Cup of Chinese Cabbage
● 1 Cup of Chinese Broccoli
● 1 Cup of Eggplant
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Lemon Zest
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that Chinese cabbage is filled with antioxidants?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Grater
Directions:
Place the tenderloin, chopped in cubes, in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 cup of eggplant slices and 1 tablespoon of garlic. Also add in 1 cup of Chinese broccoli and 1 cup of Chinese cabbage, and grate in 1 teaspoon of lemon zest.
Cook for about 4 minutes. Take the Chinese broccoli and Chinese cabbage out after about 1 minute.
Serve on a plate.
