Peggy’s Macaroni with Mushrooms

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Macaroni
● 1 Cup of Mushrooms
● 2 Tablespoons of Blue Cheese
● 1 Tablespoon of Grated Parmesan Cheese
● 1 Tablespoon of Sour Cream
● 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Tablespoon of Almond Flakes
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that mushrooms are a good source of iron and could help lower cholesterol?
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● 1 Pot, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Cook the macaroni in a pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes, al dente.
Meanwhile, cook the mushrooms in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of blue cheese, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
For the presentation: Place the mushrooms on top of the pasta, top with 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon of almond flakes and you’re good to go!
