Peggy’s Sweet Chili Corvina Salad with Guava

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Golden Corvina Fillet
● 1 Guava
● 1 Cup of Apple
● 1 Cup of Iceberg Lettuce
● 1 Tablespoon of Mixed Nuts
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
● 2 Tablespoons of Sweet Chili Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Agave
● 1 Hard boiled Egg
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that guava contains even more vitamin C than oranges?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Grater
Directions:
Place the fish in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 1 teaspoon of cilantro and 1 tablespoon of agave.
While the fish is cooking, prepare the salad. Slice a hard-boiled egg over a bed iceberg lettuce, add 1 tablespoon of mixed nuts, 1 cup of apple slices, and slice 1 guava over the salad.
When the fish is done, add on top of the salad and enjoy your meal!
