Peggy’s Fusilli with Golden Corvina & Zucchini

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Fusilli Tricolori
● 1 Golden Corvina Fillet
● 1 Cup of Zucchini
● 1 Cup of Tomato Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger Chips
● 1 Tablespoon of Hoisin Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Fresh Oregano
● 1 Tablespoon of Dried Oregano
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 2 Teaspoons of Lemon Zest
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that zucchini is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● 1 Pot
● Grater
Directions:
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water for about 6 minutes, al dente
Place the fish in a pan over a medium flame. Add 1 cup of tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce, 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette, 1 cup of zucchini slices, 1 tablespoon of fresh oregano, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 2 teaspoons of lemon zest and 1 tablespoon of dried oregano and stir.
Cook the fish for 4 minutes on each side.
Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Cook this for 30 more seconds.
When done, serve on a plate.
